Refund policy
We handle all returns or exchanges on a case by case basis. We stand behind our goods and want customers to be satisfied with them. We ensure the beauty and quality of every piece you purchase.
In the event of a manufacturer defect or shipping damage, all Cristina Sabatini items can be exchanged or returned in unused, saleable condition within 14 days. All returns are applied back to the tender it was purchased with.
Items can be returned after 14 days in unused, saleable condition for a store credit or Cristina Sabatini gift card.
