We ship almost anywhere domestically in the United States including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico for free. 

Each order will be processed within 2-5 business days. Most in-stock items will arrive on your doorstep between 1-5 business days after receiving your order depending on where you are located.

International Shipping Options

Whether you're shipping to Paris or Brazil, our International Shipping is always a flat rate of $35 USD. Currently, we do not offer expedited International shipping.

There may be duties and/or customs taxes applied to your order (if you are outside of the US) by your local government when delivery is made or billed to you a depending on where you live. We are not liable for these charges.


Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our goods and want customers to be satisfied with them. We ensure the beauty and quality of every piece you purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order please contact us at 

We will accept returns within 28 days of the item being delivered to you. 

We don't accept returns for unwanted items after the relevant returns period above. If you try to make a return, we may have to send it back to your default delivery address and ask you to cover the delivery costs.

Returned items must not be used, worn, altered, or cleaned. 

Sale items will incur a $10 restocking fee that includes the prepaid UPS Ground label you will receive upon contacting us.

Items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged.

If there appears to be a manufacturing defect or shipping damage within the items of your order, please email us at A full refund or exchange may be made for these pieces within 14 days of receiving the item.

Returned item(s) will be refunded back to the tender it was purchased with or on an e-Gift Card.


About Returns & Exchanges

You can return item(s) by contacting us for a UPS Ground shipping label. 

Sale items will incur a $10 restocking fee that includes the prepaid UPS Ground label you will receive upon contacting us.

Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for returns or exchanges.


Contact us to receive a UPS Ground shipping label that you will print and affix to the outside of your return parcel. Include your invoice along with the item(s) in its original packaging. Your return will be processed within 10-14 business days. Once inspected by our staff, a refund, exchange, or Cristina Sabatini gift card will be issued.

All Cristina Sabatini merchandise must have all original packaging including original invoice or gift receipt, to be eligible for return or exchange.

All merchandise eligible for an exchange must be:

  • In new, unused, and perfect sellable condition
  • Include all original tags, packaging, and components to be eligible for exchange
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or gift receipt

All items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for returns or exchanges. 



All refunds will be credited to the original form of tender or a Cristina Sabatini e-gift card. When returning a gift, you will only receive a refund on a Cristina Sabatini gift card.

  • Items Returned by Mail or UPS: If you ordered by credit card, a credit will be issued within 14 business days. It will show on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. If you have requested an exchange, your account will be charged for the new item and credited for the return. If you paid with a gift card, we will mail you the refund on a new Cristina Sabatini gift card. 
  • Shipping Charges: Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping charges.


  • Refunds and price adjustments will be issued in the original tender of the purchase
  • Cristina Sabatini does not accept returns or exchanges for merchandise purchased from other retailers
  • Merchandise not accompanied by an original receipt or gift receipt may, not be accepted for return or exchange


Gift cards cannot be returned.


International orders have a different return process and do not qualify for free returns or merchandise exchanges. Orders returned to our shipping center will receive a refund for the merchandise but not duties, taxes, or tariffs.
