Returns & Exchanges

We handle all returns or exchanges on a case by case basis. We stand behind our goods and want customers to be satisfied with them. We ensure the beauty and quality of every piece you purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we will accept the return of items that are in new, unused condition, with original tags and packaging included including the original Cristina Sabatini receipt/invoice or gift receipt within 14 days of purchase date.

Returned items must not be worn, altered, or cleaned. We do not accept returns of Clearance items. All Sale/Clearance items or FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange.

If you received your Cristina Sabatini order and there appears to be a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, please email contact@cristinasabatini.com. A full refund or exchange may be made for these pieces within 14 days of receiving the item.

Returned item(s) will be refunded back to the tender it was purchased with, or given as a Credit on your account, or can be placed on a Gift Card.

About Returns & Exchanges



You can return all item(s) by FedEx Ground or mail.

RETURNING BY FEDEX GROUND (U.S.)

When making a return, please follow the return instructions included in your shipment. Mail the return slip and the item(s) in its original packaging back to our shipping office using the FedEx Ground pre-paid label. Your return will be processed within 10-14 business days. Once inspected by our staff, a refund, exchange, or Cristina Sabatini gift card will be issued.

All Cristina Sabatini merchandise must have all original packaging including original invoice or gift receipt, to be eligible for return or exchange.

EXCHANGES

For the best service and selection, please order replacement items by calling 1-212-335-0774 and speaking to a Cristina Sabatini customer service representative directly.

All merchandise eligible for an exchange must be:

  • In new, unused, and good condition
  • Include all original tags, packaging, and components to be eligible for exchange
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or gift receipt

CLEARANCE ITEMS: All sale and clearance items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange.

 

REFUNDS

All refunds will be credited to the original form of tender or a Cristina Sabatini gift card. When returning a gift, you will only receive a refund on a Cristina Sabatini gift card.

  • Items Returned by Mail or FedEx: If you ordered by credit card, a credit will be issued within 14 business days. It will show on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. If you have requested an exchange, your account will be charged for the new item and credited for the return. If you paid with a gift card, we will mail you the refund on a new Cristina Sabatini gift card. 
  • Shipping Charges: Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping charges.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE RESTRICTIONS

  • Refunds and price adjustments will be issued in the original tender of the purchase
  • Cristina Sabatini does not accept returns or exchanges for merchandise purchased from other retailers
  • Merchandise not accompanied by an original receipt or gift receipt may, not be accepted for return or exchange

GIFT CARDS

Gift cards cannot be returned.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

International CristinaSabatini.com orders have a different return process and do not qualify for free returns or merchandise exchanges. Orders returned to our shipping center will receive a refund for the merchandise but not duties, taxes, or tariffs.

We recommend keeping the original receipt sent in your shipment for at least one week. In the event you need to return or exchange your order for any reason, the original receipt or gift receipt must accompany the piece back to our shipping center.

Do you take everything back?

Sale/Clearance items are FINAL SALE. Unless the item(s) being returned do not meet our quality standards for a return, we will do our very best to take care of you. There are instances from time to time where we will not accept a return.

What if the item was worn?

If the item shows wear, it will not be accepted per our return quality standards. If the item(s) was however just tried on and shows no signs of damage, after it is inspected and passes our quality standards, a refund will be issued. We reserve the right to refuse any return.

Are there restocking fees?

What are you return quality standards?

Our Return Quality Standards are simple. The item(s) must be in the same condition it was sent to you.

  • That means it cannot be broken in any way, tarnished, scratched, chipped, or missing gemstones. There are instances from time to time where an item(s) was damaged during shipping, if this occurs please contact a Cristina Sabatini representative at 1-212-335-0774 for assistance.

The return item also must be accompanied by the original receipt and original tags and packaging.

Cristina Sabatini does not accept returns or exchanges for merchandise purchased from other retailers. In the event you find an issue with your piece, please contact the original place of purchase.
